GIFT VOUCHERS

After purchase you will receive a gift voucher entitling the holder to 5 or 10 hours of driving tuition with an always passing driving instructor. The voucher will have a minimum expiry date of 3 months from the time of purchase. When you are ready to start your driving lessons contact our head office and we will arrange for a driving instructor to contact you.

LESSON CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations MUST be made 24 hours before the start time of the lesson if they are not then the normal fee will be charged, unless a doctors certificate can be produced. The driving instructor reserves the right to cancel any lesson at short notice if it is suspected that a pupil may be under the influence of the effects of alcohol or drugs (prescribed or otherwise) or any other condition that would cause his/her driving to be either unsafe or illegal. Any lessons cancelled under these circumstances will still be payable in full.
Your driving instructor reserves the right to postpone lessons in certain circumstances, such as dangerous weather conditions, illness or mechanical breakdown etc. In such circumstances any fees paid in advance will be carried over.

SPECIAL OFFERS

Only one special offer will be given per pupil. Beginner being someone who has not driven on the road before, and has not had any form of tuition.

DRIVING TESTS

If the pupil is deemed not to be of driving test standard by the driving instructor then the instructor reserves the right to withdraw their car for tests without notice. Although your driving instructor will make every effort to ensure that the vehicle supplied for the driving test will be road worthy and comply with all legal requirements at the start of the test, he/she cannot be held responsible for any vehicle failure whatsoever that occurs during the driving test and is not liable for any consequential loss of any kind.

Your driving instructor cannot be held responsible for any test appointments cancelled by the DSA for any reason whatsoever. Cancellations made by the DSA are beyond the control of your driving instructor and therefore any fees payable for the booked period will still be charged. Your instructor will advise you about claiming compensation from the DSA

DRIVING LICENCES AND YOUR FITNESS TO DRIVE

In order to receive driving lessons you must hold a valid driving licence, provisional, full or international and it must be produced at the beginning of your first driving lesson and you must be fit to drive with regard to legal and medical requirements, otherwise the lesson will not be able to take place and the fee will still be payable.

LOCATION OF TRAINING

All driving lessons will start and finish at the same place unless alternative arrangements are made in advance. The driving instructor will determine the location for practical lessons that ensure both the public`s and the pupil`s safety. This may mean that the instructor will drive the pupil to and from the lesson location, and this time forms part of the lesson as has been paid for.

DRIVING INSTRUCTORS

Our driving instructors are self employed independent instructors and all lessons that are booked with him/her through Always Passing form and constitute an agreement between the instructor and the pupil.

Terms and Conditions are stated to avoid misunderstanding and do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
